There's a cat face with glowing eyes. I notice that warm colors were used that gave a vibrant and energetic feel. The bright yellow draws attention to the eyes and ears. Then your focus is on the dark nose, and the rest fades into the background. The artist used different brush strokes to make the fur texture of the cat. This painting is very stunning and intense, and it makes me feel that passion. The most important parts are the eyes. I like this art piece. The artist did a great job with adding contrast to certain parts on the painting to draw the viewer's attention to the most important parts.

This is an autumn still life scene of a pie with candles and a pumpkin. I love how she used the brushstrokes to create shading. This prevented a flat look and created a very artistic feel. The focus of the painting is on the pie, because it's in the center, and the candles, because it's the brightest spot in the painting. The light around the flames draws the viewer's attention to that area. The imperfect, irregular shapes made the painting feel more tangible. The whole creates a warm, cozy feeling that evokes memories of family fall traditions. Overall, I really like this piece and I think she did a great job.
